The Fulham Pony Sugar Cube is a 120v rapid start, electronic fluorescent Ballast. I will operate (1) CFQ13W 4-pin (quad CFL), F15T8 or F17T8 fluorescent ballast.
Item was great, did exactly what it was supposed to do. Replaced a bad unit in my fixture, easy and quick to install!
