GX24q-3 to medium base adapter coverts a GX24q-3 4 pin CFL sockets to an E26
E27 medium base socket or in other words allows an E27/E26 medium base lamp to be used in a GX24q-3 socket ***Ballast must be removed to operate incandescent, halogen or LED lamp***
